Channeling
Chant the Words of God and, pondering over their meaning, transform them into actions!
- ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, Deepening #51
Verily pure hearts are as clear and brilliant mirrors which imprint the one on the other, and hearts discover the secrets of hearts. Therefore, they (hearts) chant the verses of longing and recite the odes of glorification and praise. Consequently, the recourse is to pages of hearts, not pages filled with written lines.

...he feels that the methods you are pursuing in regard to receiving inspired written messages, and your way of approaching your painting are really psychic, and that you should give them up for your own good. Some of Bahá’u’lláh's and ‘Abdu’l-Bahá's Tablets are so poorly translated that it is almost impossible to grasp the true meaning, and one is misled into thinking that by getting into a practically psychic state the Holy Spirit will guide one. This is not what is meant.

Quote of the Day
Idal 15 Rahmat 183 B.E.
No true and faithful Bahá’í should in this day remain idle or seek what would give him comfort or even inner satisfaction. We should be constantly assailing the forces of darkness that have enveloped the earth and hasten the dawn of the new day foretold by Bahá’u’lláh.
Shoghi Effendi quoted in Hooper C. Dunbar’s “Forces of Our Time – The Dynamics of Light and Darkness”
